First things first, you need to prepare the beer batter, and this is easy. You just mix the beer and the flour in a bowl, with the purpose of obtaining a mixture that pours but without being too liquid. Half of the can of beer mixed with eight tablespoons of flour should be enough, but if you want to cook more fillets, just increase the quantities.

For four burgers, you will need two dogfish fillets, two potatoes, a little milk, lemon juice, one egg, breadcrumbs, oil, and parsley. Salt and pepper for seasoning are fine. First, boil the potatoes, then peel them and mash them until you obtain a puree. Mix the fish fillets with the mashed potatoes, then add the chopped parsley, some salt, and pepper, as well as the lemon juice.

The mix should be of medium consistency, not too hard, and not too moist. Create small fish burgers, depending on what you have in mind. Place the burgers in the fridge to chill and also become a bit firmer, so they don’t become undone when you will try to cook them.

For this recipe, you will need dogfish fillets, some plain flour, and olive oil. This recipe is all about making fried dogfish as healthy as possible, hence the choice of ingredients. The sauce for it will be based on Greek yogurt, so make sure you have this ingredient on the table when you start cooking. You will also need half a cucumber, diced and with the seeds removed, and a crushed clove of garlic, mixed with a bit of salt. The juice from half a lemon should be added to the yogurt sauce, as well.

Get Puy lentils for this recipe, if you can. A can of lentils is enough for cooking this dish. You will also need one finely chopped shallot, coriander seeds, one half of chili, chopped, and water (or stock). Also, some olive oil will be needed for the side dish, as well.

Preparing the yogurt sauce happens like this. Mix the Greek yogurt with salt and pepper. Add the diced cucumber, the lemon juice, and the garlic. You should start with this because the flavors will mix better if you let the mix rest for a while before serving.

When cooking the lentils, first stir-fry the chopped shallot, with the coriander seeds and the chili. After two minutes, put in the lentils and cover with water. For this recipe, you will need baby potatoes, sweet peppers, garlic, tomatoes, and tomato paste. For spices, pick salt, oregano, and parsley. And, of course, get some dogfish fillets as the main ingredient.

First, prepare the ingredients. Cut all the baby potatoes into halves, and slice the peppers after removing all the seeds. The garlic must be crushed, and the tomatoes should also be cut into halves. Chop the parsley and the oregano, and cut the fish fillets into medium size pieces, as you would with meat when prepared for any stew.

Next, get a large pan and turn the heat on medium. Pour about two tablespoons of olive oil, and cook the baby potatoes for a few minutes, making sure to stir to avoid them from getting stuck on the bottom. Add the sliced peppers and the crushed garlic, and stir for an extra of three minutes.
